While at Loyalty Lab, I had the pleasure to work with the team at Sports Authority to create The League Rewards Program. Sports Authority needed to offer a second "Elite Rewards" brand. After initial scope review and a few meetings with the client, I created several documents intended to solution splitting the user portals into two different visual environments while within one program.
